Perfume Reviews

Jessica Simpson Fancy- Paris Hilton Fairy Dust- Vera Wang Princess

The first Perfume is Paris Hilton perfume Fairy dust. Something that drew me to this Perfume was that box, it really is quite beautiful packaging. The bottle itself is a nicely shaped with a pretty fairy engraved in the middle. It contains 3.4 oz. which is a great amount of product.
It's quoted as having notes of Gardenia and its something I can smell immediately  when I spray it. Other notes include floral, Vanilla, and musk. I love this perfume because I can spray it once and its just the right amount of fragrance that lasts for the whole day. It's nice to have a fragrance that  holds it's scent for the whole day. I can explain this as a fragrance that is a musky floral. I love it!
It works well with various body lotions and compliments them making the fragrance pop.

The purple Princess Fragrance is quite unique refreshing scent. The scent is so uplifting and delicate.
The top note is water lily and it's a scent I have not encountered a lot. Also mixed with notes as
Apple, Mandarin , Vanilla. I put this scent on day where I want a whimsical scent. Now we all know the glass container is such a beautiful class heart shape. It's truly something that works as my everyday scent. The scent  just pep's me up and I love that it has a crown on the top it adds beautiful detail to it.

Fancy BY Jessica Simpson is by far one of my most favorite fragrance. I LOVE Vanilla perfumes their so addicting. It's like vanilla sugar was warmed and mixed with the sweetest pears. I wear this fragrance and always gets complimented on the scent. It's something that I can see anyone loving if they share in my love for sweet vanilla notes. I'm so glad the bottle is a gigantic size of 3.4 guaranteeing everlasting days of bliss.

Loreal Double Extend Mascara

Big disappointment, well the white part. First the only reason I bought this was because of the claims that it made, which was that the white part would create tubes around the lashes therefore making the lashes really long so when you put on the black mascara part on your lashes they would be" Double extended".
Wrong. I waited for the white part to dry on my lashes and then added the black part, but all it did was make the black part become less intense so my lashes weren't black but like dark weird gray color. Then when I tried curling my lashes again bits of the white showed through, not a cute look.

I really tried to troubleshoot with this product using the white part and then using my blackest mascara with it but still the same results. I like my lashes to be jet black and it was not happening with this product until I just used the black wand part. Wow is what I use to describe the black wand part. Its one of my best mascaras. So the only problem is the white wand. The black wand is considered a straight 10.  How come the part that's suppose to make tubes on the lashes be black as well? Because maybe then the product would be unbeatable. Or maybe they could just put a little of the thickening tubes part in the mascara and make it just one mascara.

I continue to use just the black side and love it but still on the hunt for the perfect mascara.
Why does finding a good mascara seem like a never-ending quest

Elf Studio Concealers

Here's two concealers that Elf has in their studio line. I picked them up at Wal-Mart because I needed a new concealer. I wanted a concealer that wasn't pricey. I notice even in the drugstore that their starting to become ridiculous. I don't want to spend ten dollars on a couple ounces of product.

The first concealer is the single one to be used as a all purposed product. This is definitely full coverage and I had no problem covering up blemishes. It a harder crème consistently but I noticed patting it into the skin worked perfectly. This product lasts so long, that is something that I need when wanting to have my dark circles covered for the day.  I looked in the mirror at the end of the day and it still looked like it had been when I put it on. I'm just so impressed with this!

And here's what it says on the package it came in. I love reading the back of the products so here is what it says:
Conceal acne spots, discoloration, under eye darkness or any other place desired
.
The creamy lightweight texture blends evenly for a natural full coverage that lasts
.
Convenient for fast and effortless makeup touchups

The second concealer is called the under eye concealer and highlighter

This produces a medium coverage and its a lot more creamy almost like its gel based.
It glides on unlike any concealer I have ever tried. I actually use over top of the other concealer and they work so well with each other.
The highlighter part is stark white but when you put it on its a sheer glow. It looks really good, like my eye area is brightened.

Here's what the back reads:
Correct under eye problematic areas such as dark circles and bags, easily and effectively
.
Contains vitamins A & E, chamomile, green tea and caffeine to moisturize, sooth and tighten the skin around the delicate eye area

I'm going to keep buying these till I keep wearing concealer.
I have had such a hard time finding a good concealer because either they were to light or just blotchy. I  just had been using my foundation as a concealer but it didn't come close to covering everything. It's nice to know I don't have to buy some high end concealer.

These are such great products for staying on budget at $3 a piece.
I'm excited about the elf's new studio line and looking forward to checking out more of their stuff.
