Highlighters Of Three

Let's go through these three highlighters and see how well they perform.

The benefit girl meets pearl is a cream base highlighter of a light pinky shade. It is the sheerest color out of the three because when you blend it out you just get a nice sheen. I was so impressed that it dried pretty fast because some cream products stay goopy.
It also lasted the whole day on my face without fading over messing up my makeup underneath it. It is also not an over the top highlighter so I can apply all over my face and not look like a disco ball. I just get the nicest glowy skin with this product and highly recommend it if you want a suble glowy highlighter. It retails for $30 but it comes with so much product I know I'll get great use out of it becausue I use it everyday.

Girl Meets Pearl,Watts up,Mary Lou

I received the benefit watts up from Sephora as the birthday gift and even though its a travel size it still has a lot of product to it. Unlike the girl meets pearl you don't want to apply this over your entire face. It is a extremely pigmented gold champagne color that comes off so noticeable on the face. With saying that I only put it on the top of my cheek bones and make sure to blend it out. Make sure to sure rub and warm it up with you fingers first because its a drier cream product. The full size retails for $30

Now onto the The Balm Mary manizer highlighter. I've hit pan already which is very rare for me on a highlighter. It is literally such a pigmented champagne color that goes so well with my skin tone. Just like with the watts up highlighter its best to be light handed with this.
I apply this one under my brow bone, down my nose and cheek bones. It is an instant perk me up for the face. It livens it up and really accentuation my cheekbones. Mary lou is really a fool proof highlighter. It blends so effortlessly that I know this highlighter will be a staple in my makeup collection. I don't only use this product on my face it also looks so good on legs and neck area!
It retails for $24

Major Discount makeup haul

I was alittle bummed going to Walmart without any beauty coupons but then I started to relize that walmart has some products marked with red stickers which turned out to be amazing clearance deals. I don't know if all walmarts have red stciker clearence items but it's worth a look to see.

I've never tried out the Flower beauty line at Walmart but when I saw that some of the items had the stickers on them I jumped at the chance to try them. The two lipglosses I got were marked at clearence for 3.00 instead of the retail of 6.98. The powder foundation was 5.00 instead of 9.99.
The creme eyeshadow was only 4.00 bucks instead of 7.98.

With the savings I got the total was only $15 instead of 31.92!

$8.97
These brushes and the Elf cream eyeliner were the only things not on sale but were still a great deal.
I can't wait to try out the cream eyeliner I hear good things about it.

$3.00

I looked in the hair dye secton and I found the Garnier Olia in darkest violet for only 4.50 instead of 9.99!

I always like to shop for savings and definetly stuff on clearence. I just wanted to share with you guys about the clearences I've found and hopefully your guys Walmart has clearence sales as well.

Urban Decay naked 3 Palette

This is the NEWEST Urban Decay Palette with 12 new rose hued Eye shadowes!
You can find this palette at Ultra,Urban Decay,Sephora for $52 dollars. It includes 4 sample size primer potions: original, eden, sin, and anti-aging. It also includes a dual eyeshadow brush, one side being a fluffy blender brush while the other side is a lid brush.I love that they included the brush,I use it everyday(sooo soft)
The packaging of the packaging is so darling with it's rippled effect on the cover. The rest of the case functions much the same as the Naked 2 palette.
As you look at the swatches I can't begin to tell you how Amazing the shadows are. No chalkiness what so ever! So silky and highly pigmented. There is not one eyeshadow in here I don't love. What an amazing idea to have a whole palette of rose hued colors. Not to worry their not super pink just the undertones are that Rosy color.

Color descriptions from bottom to top

Strange: is a matte pigmented creamy white color perfect for brow bone highlight. I'm so glad they put this shadow in here because it actually shows up on my skin

Dust: it's a light shimmery pinkie color. I usually put it over my lid color and it makes it look so sparkly that way

Burnout: it's a beige rose gold color

Limit: it's a matte light chocolate brown with rose undertone

Buzz: this is my favorite color, such a beautiful rose shimmer color.
I've used this color as my lid color and even as the crease color

Trick: A bold gold with lots of fine sparkles, a great pearly smooth finish

Nooner: it looks like a boring matte cool toned brown but it's actually looks like a rosy brown color on the lid, just beautiful and an unique color

Liar: a bronze rose color

Factory: A warm dark taupe color

Mugshot: deep purple rose golden shade

Dark side: A slate silver purple color

Black heart: a deep black purple shade with red micro glitter.
On the lid it comes out lighter and I don't notice the red glitters

This palette blew me away with the quality and uniqueness of the colors. I was on strike against getting this palette at first but when I swatched it I was awe struck at the colors. I have not seen another rose hued shadow quad that captures the neutral aspect of the shadows. Over all I could not have asked for a better palette. The price might seem steap but I waste so much money on cheapy palettes that I won't even end up using so atleast I know with this one I'll get so much use out of it!

Mascara Face OFF

Out of 8 mascaras which one's will be in the top 3?

I'll review the ones that didn't make the cut first.

Loreal voluminous: It's a dryer consistently so it doesn't really coat all my lashes. Not something I'll repurchase.
I only bought it because it was in limited edition packaging, which anything limited edition I got to have

Agent lash: Was something I picked up from Kohl's because it looked cool because of it's claims to apply two completely different versions of the mascara. one that lengthens and the other for volume. It's an okay mascara nothing really stands out from it.

Physicians Formula fake out: definitely doesn't give me the appearance of false lashes. It was just too wet of a formula

Clarie's 2 in 1 mascara: I don't like the regular black side of the mascara but I do like the glitter side

Bare minerals: It was just another okay formula mascara

In 3rd place

Revlon Lash Potion
The brush is nice and compliments the beautiful mascara tube.
It's neither a wet or dry mascara which I like.
On Revlon's website they claim it has strengthening proteins in it to give you amazing length.
I believe it is a mascara that does give more length than volume

2nd place
Tarte Lights camera lashes
    It's suppose to be a 4 in 1 mascara( Lengthening,curling,voluminous,and conditioning)
So far I've been loving it because when I wear it I don't have to pair it with any other mascaras to achieve a nice look. Tarte website also states it's powered by Olive esters which conditions, treats, and protects lashes. Nice to know it's also doing your lashes a favor.

1st Place Benefit They're Real
This is my favorite because of the Extreme Volume and length I get from it. It applies so well and stays all day. I don't know if it gives me false lashes looking lashes but I do notice my lashes a whole lot more which is something I don't get from another mascara.

Too Faced Be Bright and Merry Review

I originally wanted the other huge palette Too faced offered but it sold out so fast so I decided this was the
next best thing. It is far better than I hoped for. The colors are insanely pigmented and velvety smooth. The kit itself came with a glamorous gold makeup bag with two palettes and a full size lash extension mascara. It retails for $45 but ulta was offering it for $38.
I feel like I got such a great deal as each palette comes with 6 eye shadows a blush and either an luminzer or bronzer.

What I look for in palettes is if I can use the palette for a whole look and not have to dabble in other random shadows or other eyeshadow palettes. It's more convenient and helps me get a lot of wear out of a palette. This kit not only has everything I'm looking for but the packaging is so cute. It has a chevron design to it making it look so chic.

Alright let's get to the palettes shall we. I'll start with the Be Bright palette. It's my favorite one out of the two.

WISH: is a semi matte beige color
BRIGHT EYES: The prettiest magenta pink you'll ever see
SEQUIN: A deep forest green almost duo chrome
MARSHMALLOW: light sheer baby pink
MARVELOUS: iridescence light grey

STARRY NIGHT: A black with silver sparkles

INNER LIGHT: A light pinky highlight
LOLLIPOP: baby pink

                                                                  Be Merry Swatches

EGGNOG:white matte
VERRY MERRY: olive shimmery green
BUTTERED RUM: a golden carmel
BUBBLY: pure golden shimmers
BROWN SUGAR: medium toned shadow
CHOCOLATE MOON: black with gold glitters

Such a good idea to add a bag to this kit. Very travel friendly.
